A Contact us with the lock Number and the brand if possible , we can usually cut you new keys in about 1 hour

A you may have the wrong keys , the lock may be broken , there may be something stuck inside the lock ( usually a broken key ) , part of the file cabinet connectted the lock device may be broken or the cabinet might need to be leveled

A No . Allowing anyone that asked for a master key would undermine the security of everyone's file cabinets

A Usually , depends on the brand , many of my customers have cabinets built in the 1970's that are working great and are far stronger that most of the products made today
